Tracey Vickers is the Head of Social Impact at the multi-award winning HCT Group, the UK’s largest transport social enterprise. She is responsible for ensuring that HCT Group delivers high-impact travel which changes people’s lives and that HCT remains at the forefront of social value. She is also the Group’s public policy lead, campaigning and briefing on transport legislation including The Bus Services Act, and the recent Community Transport permit proposals. Prior to HCT Group, Tracey was a Senior Practice Manager at McKinsey. She is on the board of Derbyshire Community Transport, and an advisor to her local Community Transport operator, Coggeshall Community Bus.
