Rosalind Marshall

Head of Transport Decarbonisation

Rosalind works in the Environment Strategy team in the Department for Transport, where she leads on the Transport Decarbonisation Plan (TDP). The TDP will be the first holistic, cross-modal strategy on greenhouse emissions ever done for UK transport. The plan aims to develop the policy that delivers the reductions needed for transport to play its part in tackling climate change.

Rosy worked for several years in the UK’s Office for Low Emission Vehicles (OLEV), as head of electric vehicle infrastructure policy and delivery. Prior to joining OLEV, Rosy worked in Brussels for the United Kingdom’s Representation to the EU (UKREP), on Transport, Energy and Competitiveness issues, negotiating EU legislation.
